The Orient Express is a French cuisine restaurant

The cuisine is real and authentic French and is not an approximate interpretation as it is often the case in china at “western”, “French” or “Italian” restaurants.

The small historic Shamian Island is located in the center of the city, (1km long and 300 m wide), on the Pearl River. Shamian is the most beautiful place in Guangzhou.

The Guangzhou French restaurant has a large beautiful garden where you can have lunch or dinner. It also has a main dining room and two train wagons in the garden for romantic dining.

The restaurant serves authentic French food for all budgets. The French cuisine combines traditional and authentic flavors with modern and original designs of the dishes.

You will indulge yourself with, French Bourgogne snails; a pan-fried goose liver with mashed peach with Cardamom and tea; a Swedish salmon and Chinese sea bass carpaccio; a pancake of French camembert cheese and bacon with Spinach and an Egg cook 75 mn at 64°; a delicious Beef tartar; a Pan-fried scallops and clams with Crab and cuttlefish ink panna cotta; a beef BBQ grilled beef filet mignon with potatoes cooked in cream with a crispy topping amd Butter-garlic spinach.
